Description:

Recreate a crossword using jigsaw pieces where letters on each piece assist in completing the puzzle. The interface is user-friendly, allowing players to easily drag and drop puzzle pieces across the screen.

This game goes by various names such as pieceword, bits & pieces, jigcross, jigsnip, and building blocks. It offers the option to play with an English word list or select from 25 other languages.

<li>Choose from multiple difficulty options, including 10 preset levels or customize the difficulty using the advanced mode.</li>
<li>Puzzles can feature four different sizes of puzzle pieces.</li>
<li>Pieces can either start outside the grid in the classic version or be randomly placed on the grid to find a solution, which is ideal for smaller screens.</li>
<li>The game is designed to provide an entertaining experience on devices ranging from small mobile phones to large tablets.</li>
</ul>

Players can configure:

<ol>
<li>Grid size: Set the number of columns and rows (from 3 to 20) and even create non-square grids like 12x15.</li>
<li>Difficulty Settings: Adjust puzzle difficulty from easy to very difficult.</li>
<li>Language: Choose from a variety of downloadable dictionaries, with 26 languages currently available.</li>
<li>Orientation: Play in portrait or landscape mode; the display adjusts automatically based on device rotation.</li>
</ol>

This app grants players customizable options to tailor their gameplay to their preferences.

<li>Valid words are highlighted as they are formed.</li>
<li>Option to place one or more pieces in their correct position at the start of the game.</li>
<li>Ability to request a random puzzle piece be placed correctly during gameplay.</li>
<li>Inquire if a selected puzzle piece is in the right position.</li>
</ol>

Each game receives a difficulty level rating from 0 (easy) to 9 (very hard) based on settings, maintaining high scores for each level. The top 20 scores per difficulty level are displayed.

<li>Access word definitions from an online source like Wiktionary optimized for small screens.</li>
<li>When using a foreign language word list, word definitions are displayed in your language if available, aiding language learning.</li>
</ol>

Dictionaries offered cover English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Finnish, Greek, Hungarian, Indonesian, Polish, Norwegian, Romanian, Serbian (Latin), Serbian (Cyrillic), Slovak, Slovene, Swedish, Turkish, Ukrainian with additional languages planned for future updates.
